bible study notes: no brain no pain

One day while sitting in bible study on Wednesday nights, I wrote these study notes. Do not take these study notes personal. they are here in case I ever lose the origional copy. I wrote this on the back of the announcement sheet from May 12, 2004. The exact date this was written is unknown. The title of this entry comes from what I have at the bottom of the notes.
Ecclesiast Ecclesiastes 1:3
• God has given us spiritual desires
• physical things used to feel fill emotional need.
• vanity - empty - what is left after a popped soap bubble
• "I still haven't found what I'm looking for
• under the sun (the world and things are all there is. nothing outside this world.
• we make our own gods
• we are here for a short time
• life is just a circle of life
• generations come and go
• people build up their empire and name only to be forgotten.
