The entry below is translated from my handwriting into readable english. It is as close and exact to the notes I wrote at church on 10/12/2005 as I can get them.

you are controlled by things of the spirit, God lives in you. Life of the flesh will lead to death. But if you live by the Spirit, you put to death life by the flesh and (have) eternal life. live by

Jesus, the most righteous man, was angry w/ his brother on the behalf of the poor, those seeking God.

You can sit here and say over and over, "don't do this don't do that", it never gets you to Jesus.
The road to Jesus:
1. be humble.
2. stop nursing anger.
3. think on right things.
(if it it is worthy of praise, think about it).
4. forgive as Christ forgave you.
5. build up and love.

"Love your neighbor as yourself." Or be destroyed.
He that loves, fulfills the law.
